The Organizing Committee of the 12th World Wushu Championships is responsible for the
organization of the 12th World Wushu Championships under the leadership of the IWUF
Executive Committee.
제12회 세계우슈선수권대회 조직위원회는 IWUF 집행위원회의 지휘 아래 제12회 세계우슈선수
권대회의 조직을 담당한다.
1. DATE AND PLACE 일자와 지역 장소
The 12th World Wushu Championships will be held from October 28 to November 6, 2013 in
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
제12회 세계우슈선수권대회는 2013년 10월 28일부터 11월 6일까지 말레이지아 쿠알라룸푸르에
서 개최될 예정이다.

4. ENTRIES 참가신청
a. Preliminary Entries 예비엔트리
The Preliminary Entry Forms must state the exact number of competitors taking part in the
events. And the entries must reach the Organizing Committee of the 12th World Wushu
Championships no later than 24:00 (Kuala Lumpur Time) and IWUF Secretariat on August 28,
2013. They can be sent by mail or fax:
예비엔트리 신청서에 반드시 해당 종목에 참가하는 선수의 정확한 숫자를 기입해야 한다. 또한
엔트리는 반드시 2013년 8월 28 24:00(쿠알라룸푸르 시간) 이전까지 제12회세계우슈선수권대회

b. Final Entry: Internet Sign-Up System will be adopted. The competitors shall fill out the
Final Entry Forms and Registration Form for Movements with Degree of Difficulty of Optional
Routines via Internet. The Final Entry Forms shall be printed in two copies. One copy must
reach the IWUF Secretariat by mail or fax no later than 24:00 (Beijing Time) on September 28,
2013. One copy must be brought with the team as confirmation during team registration.
최종엔트리: 인터넷 등록 시스템이 적용될 것이다. 선수는 인터넷을 통하여 최종엔트리 신청서를
작성하고 또한 자선 종목의 동작 난도 신청서를 등록 할 수 있다. 최종엔트리 신청서는 두(2)부를
출력하여 한(1)부은 우편 혹은 팩스를 이용하여 2013년 9월 28일 24:00전(북경시간)까지 IWUF

c. No changes or additional entries will be accepted after the time limit.
만기일이 지난 후에는 수정과 추가 엔트리가 받아들여지지 않는다.
d. All entries must be properly typed or printed in English or Chinese. They are valid only
when signed by the President or Secretary General of the respective Federation and bearing
the official stamp of the Federation.
모든 엔트리는 반드시 영어 혹은 중국어로 적절하게 인쇄된 것이어야 한다. 엔트리는 연맹을 대
표하는 회장 혹은 사무총장의 서명이 기입되고 공인된 협회 직인이 날인되어 있어야만 유효하다.
5. REGISTRATION 등록
All participating teams are required to check – in at the Organizing Committee of the 12th
World Wushu Championships no later than 24:00 (Kuala Lumpur Time) on October 30, 2013.
When registering, the participants should settle the relevant fees of the Championships and
IWUF membership fee, confirm the Registration Form for Movements with Degree of
Difficulty of Optional Routines and bring the necessary competition equipment, otherwise,
the participants are not allowed to participate in the competition.
모든 참가 팀들은 제12회 세계우슈선수권대회 조직위원회에 늦어도 2013년 10월30일 24:00시
(쿠알라룸프루 시간)까지 체크인해야 한다. 등록을 할 때에는, 참가자들은 선수권대회 관련 비용
과 IWUF회비를 완납하여야 하고, 자선동작난이도 등록 신청서 확인해야 하며, 또한 필요한 경기
장비를 가지고 와야 하는데 그렇지 않으면 참가자들은 경기 참여를 승인 받지 못한다.
6. TECHNICAL OFFICIALS 기술 임원
Each participating Taolu Team can send one international grade taolu judge. Each
participating Sanda Team can send one international grade sanda judge. International Judges
(IWUF License holders) must present their valid certificates issues by IWUF to the Organizing
Committee for registration. The team judges should have participated in the 2010 and 2012
International Judges Examination Course and pass the examination.
모든 참가하는 투로 팀은 한(1)명의 국제급 투로 심판을 보낼 수 있다. 모든 참가하는 산타 팀은
한(1)명의 국제급 산타 심판을 보낼 수 있다. 국제급 심판(IWUF 자격증 소유자)은 반드시 등록을
위해 조직위원회에게 IWUF로부터 승인 받은 유효한 증명서를 제출해야 한다. 팀심판은 반드시
2010년과 2012년 사이에 국제심판 시험과정에 참여하여 시험에 합격했어야 한다.
7. TECHNICAL MEETING 기술회의
The Technical Meeting for team managers and coaches will take place at 09:00 (Kuala
Lumpur Time) on October 31, 2013. The meeting will announce the matters related to the
competitions. Each team should send two representatives for taolu and two representatives
for sanda to attend the meeting.
팀 메니져와 코피를 위한 기술미팅은 2013년 10월 31일 9:00시(쿠알라룸푸르 시간)에 개최될 것
이다. 회의는 경기와 관련된 사항을 발표할 것이다. 모든 팀은 반드시 두(2)명의 투로 대표단과,
두(2)명의 산타 대표단이 회의에 참가할 수 있도록 보내야 한다
8. DRAWING – LOTS CEREMONY 대진 추첨식
The drawing-lots of the 12th World Wushu Championships will be conducted by the IWUF
Technical Committee at 10:00 (Kuala Lumpur Time) on October 31, 2013. Each team may
send two taolu and two sanda representatives to attend the ceremony. The IWUF Technical
Committee will draw on behalf of the teams that are unable to send a representative.
제12회 세계우슈선수권대회 대진추첨식은 IWUF기술위원회에 의하여 2013년 10월 31일 10:00시
(쿠알라룸푸르 시간) 시행될 것입니다. 모든 팀은 두(2)명의 투로와 두(2)명의 산타 대표들을 보내
대진추천식에 참석 시킬 수 있다. 대표들을 보낼 수 없는 팀을 대신하여 IWUF기술위원회가 추첨
할 것이다.
9. WEIGHING-IN 계체
The weighing-in for sanda athletes will take place at 7:00 (Kuala Lumpur Time) on
October 31, 2013.
산타선수들의 계체는 2013년 10월 31일 7:00시(쿠알라룸푸르)에 진행 될 것이다.

11. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS 비용 조건
a. The international airfare, food and accommodation of participating teams shall be borne
by the teams themselves. During the competition, there are three categories of hotels are
available:
3-star hotel: US$ 85 per person per day (double room), US$ 100 per person per day (single
room)
4-star hotel: US$ 95 per person per day (double room), US$ 125 per person per day (single
room)
5-star hotel: US$ 105 per person per day (double room) or US$150 per person per day
(single room)
참가하는 팀의 국제항공료, 식사, 숙박료는 팀 자체에서 스스로 부담한다. 경기대회 동안에, 3가지
등급의 호텔을 이용할 수 있다.:
3-스타 호텔: US$ 85 1인/1일 (double room), US$ 100 1인/1일 (single room)
4-스타 호텔: US$ 95 1인/1일 (double room), US$ 125 1인/1일 (single room)

b. The international airfare and local accommodation of team judges shall be borne by the
judges themselves. The cost of accommodation is US$ 100 per person per day.
팀 심판의 국제항공료와 현지 숙박비는 심판 스스로 부담하여야 한다. 숙박비용은 1인당 1일
US$ 100 이다.
c. The Organizing Committee will arrange the accommodation and transportation for
participating teams from 9:00 October 30, 2013 to 12:00 November 6, 2013 (Kuala Lumpur
Time). If any teams arriving earlier or departing later than the required date, they should
inform the Organizing Committee to arrange their accommodation before September 28,
2013. The teams will pay the same price as mentioned in the regulations.
조직위원회에서는 참가하는 팀을 위하여 2013년 10월30일 9:00시부터 2013년 11월 6일 12:00
시까지의 숙소와 이동수단을 편성할 것이다. 만일 규정된 일자보다 일찍 도착하거나 혹은 늦게
출발하려는 팀이 있다면 그들의 숙박을 마련할 수 있도록 반드시 2013년 9월 28이전에 조직위원
회에 알려야 한다. 참가 팀은 규정에서 언급한 가격과 동일한 조건으로 지불하게 될 것이다.
d. The Preliminary Application for hotel accommodation must state the exact number of
rooms and the number of days to be booked. This shall be sent to the Wushu Federation of
Malaysia by mail or fax before Agust 28,2013. The address of the Organizing Committee is as

To ensure the accommodation, all the participating teams are required to remit by
telegraphic transfer 50% of the accommodation fee to the bank account of the Wushu
Federation of Malaysia not later than 24:00 August 28, 2013. The name and address of the

The 50% balance should be remitted by telegraphic transfer to the bank account of the
Wushu Federation of Malaysia not later than 24:00September 28, 2013(Kuala Lumpur Time).

e. The IWUF and Organizing Committee request that all participating teams should lodge at
the designated hotels arranged by the Organizing Committee. Those teams who do not stay
at the designated hotels due to special reasons, and after being permitted by the Organizing
Committee will have to pay a participation fee of US$200 per athlete and US$180 per team
manager, coach and doctor. If some participants can’t take part in competition and activities
on time, they should take the consequences for their actions.
IWUF와 조직위원회는 참가하는 팀이 조직위원회에서 편성한 지정 호텔을 이용할 것을 요청한다.
특별한 사유로, 지정 호텔을 이용할 수 없어서 조직위원회로부터 허락을 팀은 각 선수당 참가비
$200, 임원코치닥터 당 $180를 지불하여야 한다. 만일 일부 참가자들이 경기와 행사에 제시간에
참여하지 못할 경우, 그들이 그 행위에 대한 결과를 책임져야 한다.
12. DOPING CONTROL 약물 검사
Doping control will be conducted during the 12th World Wushu Championships according
to the requirements of the IOC and World Anti-Doping Agency, and will follow the procedure
prescribed in the IWUF Anti-Doping Rules. The number of tests will be decided by the IWUF.
If an athlete is found positive result in doping test, he/she will be dealt with the IWUF Anti-
Doping Rules.
약물 검사는 제12회 세계우슈선수권대회기간 동안에 IOC와 세계 Anti-Doping Agency의 요청
에 따라 또, IWUF Anti-Doping Rules에 규정된 절차에 따라 집행될 것이다. 테스트를 받는 인원
수는 IWUF에서 결정할 것이다. 만일 양성반응이 나온 선수는 IWUF Anti-Doping Rules에 의하여
처리될 것이다.
13. OTHER MATTERS 기타 사항
Each team is required to bring the following:

a. 3 National flags, regional flags or federation flags (1m×2m);
국기, 지역기 혹은 연맹기 3장 (1m×2m);
b. The national anthem or federation song in CD or cassette;

c. 3 photos (passport size) per team member;
각 팀 인원의 여권 크기 사진 3장;
d. The original Final Entry Form;

e. Health Certificates of all athletes and Life Accidental Injury Insurance Certificate (country
or region);
선수의 건강검진 증명서와 생명 상해 보험 가입 증명서(구가 혹은 지역);
f. The 12th World Wushu Championships “Waiver of Liabilities” for each participant.
